Ripe strawberries and fragrant basil are muddled with spiced rum, then topped with a generous pour of Bemuse Calluna, our herbaceous, honey-based sparkling drink.
Calluna blends wild heather honey with the aromatic lift of tarragon, Thai basil, and zesty cascade hops – a naturally low sugar, low calorie base that brings depth and gentle fizz to every sip.
The result? A beautifully balanced cocktail that’s bold, refreshing, and wonderfully unique.
Prefer to keep it light? Swap in an alcohol-free spiced rum like Rebels 0.0% Dark Spice to enjoy all the flavour with none of the alcohol.

3 Strawberries
3 Basil leaves
100ml Bemuse Calluna
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Strawberry & basil
