Parks, gardens and other natural areas are all woven into the fabric of city life — urban green areas that help sustain biodiversity and provide vital habitats for pollinators.
For us, spending time in green spaces is a proven way to reduce stress, improve mood and support overall wellbeing.
So with that in mind, we've drawn up a walking trail around the green spaces and pollinator pockets of Bloomsbury, London. It’s a gentle, low-intensity walk that's perfect for an early summer morning or afternoon. Allow two hours, plus of course time to stop for a glass of Bemuse at The Bloomsbury Hotel's Coral Room along the way.
You'll explore peaceful gardens, uncover pockets of nature and discover the hidden green heart of historic Bloomsbury. All at the same time as seeing first hand how a diversity of vital pollinators thrive in this urban environment.
Watch this space! More trails coming soon...
